hm....this is very old and ancient sample of oven. People were use it for heating and also for cooking, but you probably asking yourself why towel...ok...think...and you will get it. In winter days houses become very heated by these and air inside become very dry....put your soggy towel on it (like on picture) and ...AC is working...the air will become a more humid!

Miladin -- Very clever and unique. other than an broken oven door as possibility I am not sure why it is tied and why the towel but interesting to say the least. It certainly is an unusual vision.
