Wonderful tones and composition; the lowering clouds help with the stark feel. It's sobering to think of a church as commercial property.

Certainly is stark in more ways than one- you got the essence of reality here Mark! Like the cross itself is on the slide down towards the for sale notice. And such a great title- I can hear the next line to make me think!
