It's one of those images full of potential - where nothing is happening but you get the idea that something is about to happen. The cruise ship gives a surreal edge to the scene. Well spotted

Another great shot, dear JD, leading the eyes nicely. I like how the yellow of the foremost bike picks up the yellow of the farther building, the wet pavement, and then, yes, the modern cruiseship in the background.:)

Everything from the reflections and power/communication lines, texture of the roadway to the colour and lines in the architecture... Great perspective... the eye follows the line of bikes all the way down to the cruiseship...:)
