This is a wow image, it has everything, the butterfly looks great and beautifully detailed and the flowers are a wonderful bg for it, I like the shading you have applied it improves the overall image, well done - Richard.

So wonderful! The butterfly is so sharp and the lightning is so nice! The lilac background is really interesting and original! Perhaps I would crop a little bit from bottom, because the middle part of the flower there drags away some attention from the butterfly.

Lovely. Great colors and composition. Love the shallow DOF. And yes, I recognize those flowers. They are great food for butterflies. We call them Michaelmas Daisies. They bloom in September. I never seem to be able to get butterflies to sit still long enough to get such a good shot. Well done!

Its a real photo, and the blue flowers, are actually purple, I have tried to darkened them and this is the result. Believe what you like Olaf, and thanks for your comment. Regards.
