This one I missed during my own long absence Roby.
This looks amazing in the full panoramic format and I love the way the boat and the bird appear to be involved in a race. Beautifully captured in those wonderful misty, moody tones of early morning. Beautiful, soft layers of delicate colour.
The rower almost looks as if he is resting and watching the bird take flight. Lovely.

The muted almost there colours give the feel of an impressionist painting. The contrasting water surface gives distance and depth. The perfect timing of catching the bird in frame also gives much needed third party interest.

Oh thanks petal.. so much.. also me i have seen your note, but also the horizon is not tilted.. :) is the naturale line of the trees.. in those place the lake create the curves on the side.. and the effect is that one to see “to run” the horizon..

The tones and light are absolutely wonderful... Silvery lilac so delicate... tinged with the bronze olive of the treeline softly disappearing as the shoreline turns back and forth into the misty distance... Just the boat/boatman and the bird ... :)
