You have done a good job, Ali. You shared this photo and got people to think how great was ancient Persia. After 2500 years we still see the glory of Persepolis.
With respect to the photo I'm not sure that on the relief there is Darius The Great. Some time ago I saw photo of relief where Darius The Great is sitting on the throne. Anyway, your shot is really nice and have a high historical value.

I like the choice of subject here. Next, great perspective, the face is slowly getting lost into the blurr of Time OR viceversa, coming to us from the blurr of Time - whichever interpretation it is a beautiful take!The tonality meets the subject perfectly, any other choice would diminish its value!Great artistic value!

Good use of a narrow perspective. The thin, almost two dimensional, figures work will at this angle.

Well the stone faces aren't actually polished, there are so many of these in perspolis and there's so much dust there all the time that polishing them is impossible and if possible it won't last a day, anyway, when I wanted to take this shot I realized that the contrast of the shot would be real low so I wiped the dust off the stoney face with my hand..

it should be eastern side of APADANA Palace. the mans in photo are Elamite Soilders. Apadana has build by Darius the great so I think it is better to change the name of photo.
