It is exactly the limited DoF that leaves the mountain on the background fuzzy but still recognizable that I like so much on this one too. So let's see what it will look like when I retry that including the peak of the mount.

Many many thanks for the nice comment, Olga! I am glad that it brings such memories into your mind and even happier to know that you took it in your favourites, though I think that the composition is not complete without the peaks of Mt. Pilatus, which I left out.

Dearest Nick,
this is very nice image and I really like it so much. Great idea and nice composition, coloures bring into my hoe present swiss atmosphere. This image reminds me places those I walk not so long ago. I am happy to have a chance make a favourite one of this image. Take care and many hugs to you.

Wonderful shot Nick..I agree wih you..a bit to the right and a bit upwards it would be better..but I like lighting and I love mountains, beautiful idea..:)
