Paul, Thanks for you comment. I did apply some saturation boost to this photo, as I do with most of my photos. I guess it's a matter of preference. In my mind the main problem with this photo is that the ND filter caused the magenta shift in the clouds. Boosting saturation exaggerates the magenta even more. It started bothering me so after re-evaluating it I tried using a gradient mask on the sky and reduced the magenta (attached below). Opinions?

You are right, I used a 3 stop ND grad filter on the sky, it would have been blown out otherwise. The purple/magenta color shift in the sky is a side effect of the particular filter I used (HiTech brand)

Classic, gorgeous landscape. Interesting how the clouds reflect much lighter in the water - I take it this was burned down a fair bit, or a split ND filter perhaps? I like the effect off that nice, wide lens, though. Good choice of the rock as the forground subject, it anchors everything nicely.
