Hi Joel, thanks again for another compliment! To be honest, this is one of my earlier pictures which I took when I'd just got the camera last Christmas. The shot is one of many, many, many and only one of a few that worked. Hard to capture a kid on a trampoline! As for the soft layer blend thing - I don't think I did that, just sharpening and some dodging and burning i think.
This one won a competition in a New Zealand photo magazine and the wee girl has it on her wall :0)

You have a very good control with depth, as seen here. Awesome exposure, and timing. how many of these did you shoot? ;)
I like what you did with the soft layer blended over with the hard light. very nice!

Nice stop action, you've frozen the moment Sharon, also liked the "Flower Girl" shot. Thanks much for the kind coment to my image, that dark spot you mentioned was caused by the polarizer I used during the exposure, best wishes.

This photograph looks so good. The black and white tones are very nice. The action captured is great. Her hair rising in the air and with her hands holding on to her skirt makes this a Fine photograph...Brian
