How quaint, being used to bigger places it is hard to picture (no pun intended) a post office this small. Gives a one street light town effect to it. Great tone & well done.

I knew the Cafe was for Sale.... and the general store was 4-Sale too . . . BUT the whole town ? Hmmmmmm..... Well check into it Kes ...it is beautiful ... check thru my portfolio and more than half is Lincoln City, & Otis , oh , & Neotsu ! { they are all next door to each other}

You would probably like it here, most people really do ! I do would LOVE it if it were a tropical climate but it's humid, and mostly always in the 50-60 degreee range altho Otis does get much hotter than LC ...
maybe high 70's !

Cheers ,
Michele~

Thanks Kes ! I think you are teasing but that's alright :) Some people actually do have their own mailboxes...probably more than half do ... ( I know big woop...ha!)

Since you seem to be a bit interested then I will also tell you that the postmaster closes for lunch and it's not the same time everyday either !!! LOL!!!!!

Well done! The Sepia tone places this back in time and you can get the feel for the image as an artifact of the past. This is beautiful Michele!

Hi Mike,

Yeah Otis does have gas station & beer & wine, but being it's a state operated liquor control that's all .... the bait store also carries beer tho ! ha! It is very small town type living, both good and bad , in every way !
Thank You for commenting !!

Best wishes,
Michele~

I bet Otis is one of those towns where the gas station is also the liquor store!

Great capture of the rural America that is slowly slipping away. The more the time the less of these types of things we see!
