VERY bright day. These guys had JUST won a dragon-boat race. Unfortunately the finish line is really close to the seawall, so they have to stop very quickly!
Heather, the colors and diagonal lines are very nice here. The composition is dynamic; I can feel the movement of the boat through the water. I wish there was a touch more room on the left side so the dragon was not cut off, but I understand the shooting conditions may have been tight. Fun shot!
What an unusual moment - what was happening? Seems you handled the light well, my favourite part of this is the splashing water around the rower's hands, although the dragon on the front of the boat really makes this stand out. Don't know why I never noticed before that you also use the F707. I love that camera!
