I'll try to help. You can first try to make de largest size 1000 pixels, then you :" Save as... "and choose JPEG. Then you see Quality and there you can diminish until the size is less then 400 KB (you can see that below in the rectangle. I wish you succes and hope you understood my english.

I am having the worst time with the upload size. The pixel size is small, but the file size is too big. So I have to reduce the pixel size. If you can help me with this problem I will upload it again with a bigger size. Thanks

I believe it is a beautiful photo but it is too small to see. Can you not load it up larger (for ex. 1000 pix as mallest side):)
