Great shot, Jinggoy. The rows running through the frame are full of detail and diminish nicely into the distance. Nice detail throughout, and good capture of the dust being kicked up by the tractor-- it nicely softens that side of the photo.

Reminds me of the times I used to drive the tractor on my grandpa's farm :))

Congrats on the award, it's well deserved.

Another very well composed shot! A perfect example of how you can make an ordinary sight like this very pleasing to the eye. Good work, Jinggoy, and - again - congrats!!!

Thanks Phil. I don't know what draws me to these thin colored borders.... I appreciate your inputs, I'm trying to "see" more patterns and interesting things around where I live.

Excellent capture Jinggoy.
Awesome details and sharpness. That tractor looks like is going to come out from my monitor.
Your message is clear and I second your tribute to the farmers.
Congratulations for the BIP.
Take care buddy.

Hi Jinggoy

Even though I like the wider view, I prefer the tractor facing this way. It is a great entry into the 'Lines' project. Not only are there lines in the paddock, but there are also lines on the tyres and on the front of the tractor, as well. A good shot!

Congratulations on your BIP award!

Cheers

Phil

PS I'm not too keen on the green in the frame, however, that's a personal thing! :)

Jinggoy, this is not exactly an easy type of photograph to accomplish in presenting it as a thing of beauty but you have managed to do so. Very nicely done. I think the colors are amazing and the dust is just perfect. Great example of "lines".

Best wishes
Dave

Hi Phil, thanks for the message. I have a couple other images, however he was headed back before he called it a day - all similar to this. I had to quickly change lens (from the 400mm prime) into my regular zoom- for this shot, but I was too late to catch him from the front.

But now I begin to see what you and Alpha mean by getting more of the land. I appreciate the inputs - definitely gives me a new perspective, I'll have to work a lot more quickly next time :-)

Very well composed shot, Jinggoy! I like the way the side lighting highlights the furrows, too.

Hi, Jinggoy

This is a great shot - wonderful composition and colours! I like the lines, however, I, too, would like to see a little more of the paddock. I look forward to seeing the next version.

Cheers

Phil

Hi Jinggoy, nice warm & low sunlight delineating the rows as diagonal lines and giving warmth to the shot. Well taken!

alpha-master - thanks for dropping by, i do have a wider perspective of this image. i'll post it as well. I wanted the farmer/tractor to get as much attention as the land he was working on so I chose this shot. the wider perspective made the tractor smaller.
