Lovely effect. It's always fun to experiment with something new. I've not tried this kind of work, but your seeing images like this make me want to do so.

Ok Sam . . . you and Robin with these 'Flooded Pear reflective image' artistic tendencies really ARE making this look easy!!
I would mention that I don't care for the frame but wouldn't want Robin to see this in writing and become irrationally enraged that I would critique any "dedicated to her" posting . . . errrr . . . but then . . . she COULD be reading this . . . so . . . uhhhhh . . . well, the cool cookie we know her to be would NEVER become irrational and . . . errrrr . . . I guess I LOVE the frame after all . . . :)
All kidding aside though, that's one AWESOME and detailed floral to start with. Photo purists may nay-say photo-art all they want . . . but great photo-art starts with great photos. That is a great bloom capture with exquisite detail and the art work is beautiful. Impressive!

Sam...a dedication, what a wonderful surprise, and a beautiful one at that! Gorgeous color and excellent texture on the "real" flower, with just enough ripple on the water to produce an awesome reflection. A fine piece of photoart!
Some might think using this effect is easy, but we know it is not. The right image and a bit of finesse, some patience...but it is well worth the effort and FUN to boot!
