hmmm....exceptions to every rule , yep tough call .. I do like your crop but will have to study this intesely ( ha!) Well, really I do tho...not at this very moment...but I do .
I'm working so I don't totally deplete my savings and I also can take my camera on the job...floral delivery and some computer stuff ( yaye!)
I hope I didn't guilt you into advise ...cause you are very generous anyway. I was trying to let you know I do listen..and 'thanks for the supportive comments!!

Good idea and well spotted contrast between the stone . . . its color and texture . . . and the fushia . . . with the bright colors and contrasting texture . . .
You have a strong diagonal coming up from the lower left which really helps this composition a lot and the texture (flower?) in the lower right stone add wonderful accents. Because of the variety of accents in the shot . . . the centered flower actually is not as static as I would have expected it to be and the picture works (in my opinion). But before you leave it as it is . . . I would offer a crop example for your consideration which I think makes the shot more dynamic. It's a tough call and one you as the photographer would have to make because I do really like the texture in the stone . . . and to get the fushia center stage in a more dynamic way it would have to be cropped . . . So . . . like my Skyline studies . . . here's a toughie . . . but at least there's no right or wrong . . . it's just preference.
