your quite right james that would work a treat,. all depends how magnetic your coinage is,. this is only possible in the last couple of years,. the royal mint changed the metal content,. unless ofcourse your going to spin somthing else on a magnet,. the mind boggles,.lol,. have fun,. regards art,.

You ought to be able to set this shot up in such a way that you won't have to clone out anything. If you attach a strong magnet to the back of the top coin so that the magnet moves away from the point of view through your background (cloth?) that would do it. I might have to try this out.

thanks doyle, this was the best of about five attempts, there is a similarity in this, to your latest upload, as to what was gripping the magnetic screw bit,. regards art,.

thank you mary,. this was discovered by accident, when i put my loose change down next to my screw driver (magnetic), then i remembered reading some thing about the royal mint changing the metal content of all the copper coins,. i'm sure if i had a stronger magnet i'd have about 10p spinning all at once lol,. regards art,.

This is fascinating the way that you have done it. A great warm image of movement and stillness.
