Love the colour and the presentation of this. Wonderful silhouettes, with each bird caught in a different moment of flight. Great eye for composition Dave and great timing.

Hi Lori. Actually, I shot this about 1 and 1/2 years ago. But my hard drive crashed and I lost all these for a while. I was able to recover all my pics through an expert at recovery.
I will, however, be leaving for CA on Monday. My goal is Death Vally, Yosemite, SF and then down the PCH to SoCal. My vacation and a photo trip... but I've come down with something.. hopefully I an go on time.

I like this shot. The framing you did just makes the picture, especially with the repeated band of the brown at the edges. This tends to bring ones eye right back into the picture. This could have been entered into the silhoutte catorgory very nicely!!! The movement is great. One tends to look to the right and move to the left in the path the birds are flying. Very nice work.
