About	Hi everyone. Just returned from a few weeks in Western Australia, missed you all! Looking forward to catching up on your posts, in the meantime thought I'd share my holiday snaps... I've always been totally fascinated with orang-utans. They are one of our closest biological relatives (with 97% human genetic make-up!). This 106kg red-head was born in Toronto, and became an Aussie 2 years ago. He had his back to us for a long time, but I was ready...and very pleased he let me take this one and only shot. I remember reading somewhere wildlife photography should be approached much like human portraiture...without the light and focus in the eyes its worthless. So that's always on my mind, and hopefully a tip that is handy for you too :) Hope he brings you a smile, enjoy your week!
