So you should take a bow! If you can do alliteration as well as your art, you are talented! Hozzy is just my slang for hospital! (Benign brain tumour- had op but some left so went for check- may need another op. to control me!- not an easy job!). So you see why your picture very valuable to me. Everyone has probs. of some sort.

I loved the alliteration of the title . . . for which I can take a bow . . . but the Shakespearean name came with the horse. Again . . . glad--very much--to see you enjoyed this!

Doyle, you can't know how valuable this is for me today! Just out of hozzy and you have made me laugh - nem mind smile! Exactly what I needed- gets the spirit back! (Your mother in law has a great name!). I love the light on the horsey and the way he looks like he smiles. Like the alliteration of the title too. And the Shakespearean real name. All of a piece. Mostly I like the horses color, and smile and of course You , the photographers use of light, and composition !!

Actually, Mary Slade is a girl and I called this shot Slade's smile because I knew it would bring her a smile. The horse is named Horatio and is a boy. Thanks for the comments anyway! :)

Of course, I didn't have a horse until I was ll yrs old, and never thought I would, since my folks were not well off, but it was always my dream.:)My first horse was an old mare, 19 years old, but I loved her, and she was sooo gentle.

Tsk! Tsk! Well, what's not to love about horses, right? I had horses when I was young and would sometimes spend all day riding. I rode bareback on my little rolypoly Welsh/Morgan horse most of that time.:)
