About More than half way up the stairs I turned to look back... the steps look a little bit worn but I couldn't help it , had to take another picture. I think I was obsessed .

No, of course I don't mind to tell you.....
I'm old....I'm wore out! I just want to take
photos and leave alittle something behind......

Hey thanks much for the great thing you have said about my photography!! I must say I have been alittle down about it all as I was not getting any shots that were worth a damn. That and my current living situation is not helping at all. Then the other night I was shooting at work and I got some shots that I really liked
and the next day I was able to get out alittle and the weather was not so hot for a change where I could stay out a bit. Got some really great shots and talking to a good friend of mine on here that tought me about infrared. He gave me some more tips and I aplyed that and got some of my best images yet! That and I was able to advance a bit in PS .....Now Im feeling a lot better about it all...Still I have great depression about the cost of equipment. I don't need a lot but I would like to have one or two good len's. One really good long lens that I can do some decent wild life shooting with and a good portrait lens. Oh hell.......Im telling this all to someone with less.....I'm sorry, but you did ask.
There is something else that bothers me, maybe more than all the rest but I don't want to get into that. lol
I just live to shoot images and when I can't well. where is the life. Told you, thats what I live for and without it.......:( There is nothing for me.
hehehe
ok enough...Take care

Paul

Thank You Paul but I just have to ask why you wouldn't want to run up and down them ?
If you don't mind telling me ?

Best Wishes,
Michele~

I wish you could Annemette !!! For one reason or another the obesity , and lack of exercise problems seem to be very prominent in Oregon ....it is sad. I need a friend that can run down the steps with me !!!

Thank you for your kind and cute comment !

Health and Peace to You,
Michele~

Thank You Jan. I appreciate any and all help ...'this is why we are all here ' well...most all of us .

I have trouble explaining, or rather making it clear to others that nothing in Oregon is level or straight !!!!! Everything on or near the beach is also x-tra bent and worn.
I like the idea and use of programs to enhance images but also am torn between what really is, and enhancing them for the sake of a better image... > Oh what dilema's we have eyhe ?
It was very hard for me to tell much from the thumb nail but I was happy one cared to try to help me! I am easily pleased !

Best wishes my friend,
Michele~

Thank You Fabrice for your help to make a better picture.... I don't have any programs to level my images at this time . I would not be mad., I am flattered.

I am also glad you like the image as it is. Thank You very much for looking at my images.

Best Wishes,
Michele~

I just looked at the sample suggested by Fabrice and I am not sure that I agree that the photo should be straightened. Your version gives me the feeling of really going down the steps and the version offered by Fabrice diminishes that effect.

The DOF of this image is very great and so the exposure here and the sharpness, wonderful image to view, wishing you all of the best my friend

I like this type of photo when the eyes are attracted from the foreground to the background following the way of the perspective. This one is nice. I have just correct the tilt and optimize the levels (hope you will not be angry Michele).
This is a goor work anyway.

Estupenda perspectiva, cálida madera, las hierbas de los costados dan un encantador contraste. Felicitaciones , excelente idea!
