#1 Yes, my friend drinks the tea pot on the photo.
#2 That's normal sugar it isn't special one. (If I having tea without lime & sugar only...)
#3 Yes, it's a napkin...
Not, these aren't dumb questions, really! :)
...and yes my friend who act these on my photo he's a smoking cigarette. Not too lucky situation but he smokes.
My body and soul prohibit these things (eg. smoke, cigarette, sugar, lime...raw tea mainly herbal tea!)

...haha...when I was in Istanbul everyone invited a cup of tea or coffee. Your tea/coffe are very special and unique for an european people. I like tea and mainly herbal tea. Thank so much for your kind comment. Much appreciate it.

Thank You for sharing Robert. I am glad you came accross this special image to share with us in the US.
I have a couple of questions because everything is so different. #1 Do you drink the Tea from the bowl ..? I do see the tip of a tea pot, but no cup really.
#2 Is this raw sugar, or 'what' in the other bowl that is sort of grainey ? to add to the tea ?
#3 Is is it customary to wear a napkin ( the green + white) while drinking the tea ?
I hope these are not dumb questions...
Oh and I do notice your hand to be near a clay cup(?) or pot , that appears to have some steam or smoke near your hand...
I am purely curious and in no way attempting to make light of this special momment but to understand it properly.
