Nice shot Mary, but probably you should use an F Number over 4.50. Excellent colors and great details. Regarding my "water drops" photo, here are some technical details: Shutter speed 1/640, Aperture f4.5, Focal Length 31.40, Low flash, ISO 100, Natural lighting, Tripode used. I have blended blue ink color with the water to create the blue effect. Contrast and saturation enhanced on PS. Regards.
Mary, this is beautiful. The shallow DOF really throws everything else in the BG. You can feel the texture of the stamen(?????)I think it was a good choice to use the vertical format. A real flower portrait.
