This is quite lovely, brings back old times, I loved the penwheel, these kind of toys was all we could aford way back then, I when't every where with my Dad, when we was in the truck going I had the pinwheel out the window watching it blow. I had the tops to. oh there was another one I have for got the name, it was a top but kind of looked like a wheel at the same time. Spectacular capture, excellent job. BK

It is very interesting that you should say this, Mark, since I've used my photos of this pinwheel to create many different things, one of which is a jellyfish.:) I'll have to post 'Jellyfish Fantasy' soon.

Dear James, I took a good look through your portfolio here. Love all your light motion shots. Locally, can no longer find this particular kind of pinwheel with the clear vanes, so I cherish this one. I've found a few other plastic items that glow like this under the blue light also.

Thank you, James! Yes, I have done a little of the motion capture, but found that what worked even better was multiple exposures, which gave the appearance of motion.
