Nice shot Michael. Interesting textures and angles. The subject is centered close to the "equator", which some avoid but definitely works here (at least for me). Pleasing warm/cool contrast. The leaning tree may cause a bit of unneeded tension in an image with such symmetrical appeal - maybe if you asked nicely the tree would have straightened up for you. Good job.
