The cast is deliberate, Paul! I gave it a sunshine (gold) cast to balance the dreariness. The green of the water is genuine, 'though! I actually uploaded a neutral white balance version first and quickly removed it in favour of this one. There is no accounting for taste!

this is a nice composition, but you've got a strong green cast, which is evident in the water.
