I don't think it lacks anything. It is a glorious, classic landscape with awesome reflection on the still lake. A beautiful photo. And I see you cropped it in another picture. So far, haven't looked at that one but I will. I like the clear blue sky being one of the the prominent features in this version, though.

I actually like this crop better. I know there is more sky. But, for me, that makes it more like it would look if I were standing there admiring the beauty of this glorious scenery.

Lovely mood and reflections. I would probably cut 1/3 of the sky away at least as there isn't to much of an interest in the sky and would also make the horizon less of a centre horizon.

Hi Greg,
Like you say the colours and stillness of the place are awesome; beautiful image. I wonder what it would be like if you cropped the top third of the sky... you would lose that vivid blue but gain more impact maybe...
