Over all, this is a very good photo and the even tones set the mood in the image. The only thing I would have done would be to crop it a bit more on the right side. The bright sky on the right side draws my eye to it and distracts me. I think you captured the colors very well.

You want a critique for this???? Keep looking; it'll not come from me. I can't think of a way to improve this shot. Stunning color (& saturation), comp and subject. Wonderful presentation. Ok . . . it's the CC . . . maybe the thin white line could have been black. But that's personal preference.

Excellent composition, Hilton! I like the way those black rocks lead into the center of the image, and the surroundings have great colours, set off by the dramatic sky. Very well seen and exposed! Dave.

Hi Hilton, Good photo, with the sky and sulky weather adding to the atmosphere. The saturation and contrasts are spot on, just the way I like 'm...:) Nice presentation, too using a thin line inside the image frame, quite original, too. The build up in the composition is very nice too, allowing the eye to meander from the wet sant in front towards the splash of the surf on the right, back to the horizon. The only thing I can come up with, that could possibly add the finishing touch is that I wish there was a single, specific predominant subject. Not really a big issue, and it would change the subject and feel of this shot. Very good shot,
Cheers,
HdW.

Hilton this is just beautiful- so real and lively. The textures and colours of the rocks and sea. I can feel it and stretch my eyes!
