A wonderful image Joggie. The effect from the brown-orange filter has taken the harsh edge off the B&W . . . the only thing left is the fisherman . . . who supplies all that's needed to make this a very good image. Lighting is awesome and the focus is spot-on here! Elegant framing and presentation to round it off and a very impressive work. I know this is cc, but I truly wouldn't change a thing.

I like how you caught him with the mouth open ... talking, talking and talking. The tones are very pleasant, as well as the crop. The hard conditions at sea have probably increased his wrinkles. Excellent stuff!

The tight crop is sensational, Joggie. It is a macro approach to portraiture! I like the beautiful lighting brought out in the monochromatic presentation. He appears to be animated, not at all static. Eb

Ahhh Jog - the photo does justice to the richness of this character. As always - your portrait captures the essence of his being. Awesome comp and details.

But you haven't believed to him and searched and digged in his face; to find the lies? Splendid for spontaneity and expressiveness. A.u.

eheh, my friend... keith is a fisherman... u know.... 50% true, the rest it's story;) despite what he could tell, his face it's a museum of memories... deep lines, wrinkles, every pore it's a story... and U, Joggie was been able to tell all of them in a beautiful way.... compliments, my friend! Ciao Davide
