questoe' il classico tipo di scatto che "canno" sistematicamente e sul quale indefessa mi accanisco: l'esposizione e' davvero difficile e per quanto si possa un po' bilanciare in dark room e' sempre abb tosta. la resa qui e' ottima anche se avrei forse peferio un po' di latitude in piu', ma con tra scanner e screen non si capisce mai bene...

efisiana. mi piace. non facile la mascheratura nell'interno. una pensata: leggo tempo di sviluppo 9min..quindi suppomgo duilizione 1+ 25..per sopperire alle defaiace circa la nitidezza dello scanner potresti provare diluizioni 1+50 o addirittura 1+100 (aumentando il tempo di svil); dovrebbero aumentarti l'acutanza ed allargare la gamma tonale..io ci provo forse stasera col d76..

Hi Efisio,

I think this photo illustrates the differences in approach between colour photography and black and white photography very well; don't think this would've been as powerful, well balanced and appealing in colour as it is in B&W. The way of looking at composition, light and subjects is done differently than with colour, where the contrast, hues and combination of colours is more important.

No critique nor nitpicking here, I think this truly is an example of great B&W photography.

The colour balance is very good, maybe a bit of clipping on the white side, but more than sufficient to create the feel of the textures in the walls. Also, the dodging of the interior works well, it creates a superb subtle glow on the subjects inside...

I'm impressed by the effort you put in your photos. Great style!
