This has a lonely feeling with the toy looking off into the distance and future seemingly knowing that it has no pary in it. Well depicted. Mary

This is a fine study. The tractor (?) is just about perfect. But it is amazing the way you've gotten this very limited tonal range to work out so well. Every thing is so nicely distinguished with a incredibly limited palette. I'll be a long time thinking about this one--the substance and the style. You're really cookin' . . . Best wishes, --George

Wonderful title- like "career path"- the ironies. The angle of this, and how central this is, makes it so much more powerful and poignant. Like a huge angry question mark to me. Symbollically, it seems as holy as the deserted statue. Stunning picture Mark.
