About	I have been extremely busy the last few days. Sorry not to get back to all those wonderful comments. I am still experimenting with the 500 for our birding trip to the Lower Rio Grande Valley coming up in two weeks. This shot was made using the new Better Beamer flash extender with the flash exposure dialed back by 1/3 stop. I am also using the * button for focusing on the 1D Mark II now and It helps an enormous amount in keeping the right things in focus. Learn a little each day.

Marcus: I get, perhaps, one in a hundred or so and I have to lure them in with peanut butter to get that. The Chickadees and the Pygmy Nuthatches travel together so it gets busy at times.
