About A red capsicum against a red background. I liked the contrast of the green stalk against all the red.

I really like it Ann. I'm not educated on still lifes, so I can't offer advice...just what I like to view and this is really good. I like the lighting and the water droplets really add a nice touch. The focus seems spot on to me.

I really like this color and DOF
I think composition can be a little better then this. I prefer to see more light on the side of this Red Pepper. Thanks Emmanuel

Excellent composition and idea. The contrast between colours is great but it appears you have edited the photo digitally as some of the highlight appear blown. Just a little too much on the contrast and sharpness enhancement. Oh and what did you use for the background out of interest.

Hot shot!! Now that's really red, love it!!! And yes the green stands out... ;-D!! Good lighting, details (like those droplets on there... suggesting juiciness), great composition... well done!!! Looking at this 'fresh' image I know what sort of bothered me on the 'green and red pic'... the lighting there was too yellow thus making the whole image look a bit 'drab'... well that's MHO... ;-D
