Ah, the fabulous 30mm Fujinon (and fabulously expensive, alas). A splendid example of the XPan at work. Did you know that there are no longer any pixel limits on the size of images posted with an aspect ratio of at least 2:1, if you are a donor? That alone has to be worth US$25 a year!

Fantastic shot John!
Your shot is really powerful! Format and composition is fantastic, colors, tone and reflection is wonderful. You've created an extremaly mysterious atmosphere in Mono Lake! I enjoy it a lot and thanks for sharing!

Great camera...and you did will w/ the Velvia to record this scene.
I would love to see this at 1200px by 438px to fully utilize the new panoramic feature.
I'm guessing that you have no regrets on the money spent for the Xpan.
