Excellent one Chuck! The men framed by the "curved" wall, the wall height seems to follow the soldiers' height, reinforcing the curve. Excellent detail in the shade and on the walls, excellent picture! Best regards, Ina

Susan,

Thank-you for your postive comments. To answer your question I try to travel as light as possible - I only carry on me one camera, a lens (28-200mm), Flash and the Night Owl device. However in my bag I have an extra camera, two other lens, a laptop computer and another flash. Also I carry a lot of memory cards with me.

When we (Combat Cameramen) go out on mission we try and travel in two-man teams...one will shoot video - the other stills. FYI - are teams also have females in them as well - and they are in the fight just like us.

Best Wishes,
Chuck

Excellent exposure with a nice composition and good details, I don't think I could produce any good images your circumstances, well done

If you don't mind me asking, I'm curious do you use more than one camera when your out in the action?

This is another great shot in action, I see alot of good war images in your portfolio. I like how these soldiers are framed inside the remains of this wall.. not use of the wall for framing and soldiers use it for cover. nice composition...
