Hi Maurizio,
The low light and the disturb / noise are really only a minor factor. You could de saturate the image just a bit if you wanted to. But believe me, the composition and the capture in the portrait is first class and more than makes up for any defects.
I think this is a very nice portrait that deserves many more views and comments.
