Thank you, Rina, for noticing my new bio pic. I am glad you brought to my attention that I need to reword my last line....I didn't mean to say I was having a bad hair 'day' as my whole 'life' has been a 'bad hair day'. Hmmmmmm....I just tend to be very confusing!
Love your new bio pic by the way, too, if I hadn't mentioned it before :) Very classy and beautiful...just as marvelous as the last :)

Hi Sian....I started out in digital with this camera (A20...basic point & shoot). Then I bought the Canon Pro1 in May 2004, as I wanted something a bit more versatile. As much as I love certain things about that camera, I outgrew it rather quickly (or I'd like to think that I did :)) Bought the Nikon in December 2004. I still use the Pro1...mostly for macros as I don't have a macro lens for the D70.

There's no mistaking who this sweetheart belongs to! :) Can't get over how he played up to the camera even as a baby! His eyes say it all... :)
And this is just more proof that you know what you're doing. A 3mp camera? You have the Midas touch Janet.

sweety baby. very nice shot and I like so much the lighting and background and position of baby.
I look all of your shots. I so like all of them and you are a very good portrait photographer. you use a beautiful monochrom tone in your shot and I like so much this tone. I love very your composition, position of model, lighting, idea and... in your shots.

I recognise the face! hurrah for window light and canon a20s because this is beautiful. Was the a20 what you mostly used then, or have you always had the nikon?

That was just for show, David :) I did use them on a few of the older kids though! Lot more work and I really don't think it saved any $$ ~ just saved a small space in the landfill.

Thank you, Ann, that fur ended up in those fists and it would take days to get it all out! He is rather young here, thus the clenched fists :) just wish I could remember how old without looking it up...lazy, but it will bug me til I know!
