I like that shot, excellent long exposure so you have the motion blur on the human's silhouette and as a result...a ghostly effect! nice curves on the lamps at perspective!

The road feels as much as real, as the walking person looks unreal. And this is what I find so special on this one: The combination of a real scene with a scene in mind that might have been. In addition to the very strong depth it results in a very atmospheric image but in a usual, familiar atmosphere. One of those nights returning home, if you wish.

Great mood in this shot, the blur runner makes the image very strong.

Very good action/motion photograph. I like how the lighting was captured parallel along the bridge assisting the runner in their quest to reach the other side. The angle of the bridge adds a nice perspective that enhances the person seen running .

Lovely & warm despite the cold weather, Dave. Very well presented with the blurred person acentuating his movement.
Ours was indeed a long flight, actually two of them, back & forth, each taking almost an entire night & day with short stops. Nevertheless it was worth it, as we did have lovely time in Uruguay, as Rachel, (ex-headnurse) always feeling responsible responsible fianally saying: "it's the first time in my life I have no responsibilty whatsoever." I did have a responsibilty, having been more or less been appointed official photographer of the family gathering & to everybody's chagrin refraining as much as I could from "cheese!" photos.

Must snow all the time in your land Dave, have you ever heard of Thunder Snow? Last nite here it was snowing hard with thunder and lighting. TV weatherman said its Thunder Snow, very rare, go look out and watch it.

Dave, the lamps lighted up adding a lot of great geometry balance to the composition. Almost like a math chart showing graphical illustration of the hyperbolic equations - great visualization of the perspective. Wow I can't belive this is the same capture as you took before. The mystical feeling felt before is replaced with an ominous eerie felling. I like the motion and darkness of the person on the bridge as it portrays this feeling more so. What a difference a day makes.LOL.
