This was before the new rating system, when you could rate without commenting, which I never agreed with and always had a hater or two come though and knock my rating down on just about every shot, thus the critique only photos now.
I now think the rating system is over inflated to the other extreme due to having to comment to rate, no one wants to make any enemies here, atlest not to your face LOL..

Excellent portrait with crisp detail and wonderful colours. To improve this, I feel you could crop it a bit tighter to get rid of the somewhat distracting background to the right and above the head of the eagle. Great work Marcus. Kind regards.
