There are so many angles to this shot and so many patterns my dear friend, the lighting is excellent and the tones you have used are wonderful. I still find it amazing that you have this huge variety of compositions in your portfolio almost all of which are ordinary everyday things but with your creative mind you turn them into something really special. Great second image in your series, dear Robert! Each aspect of the subway adds to the previous one, and in this series, as with your previous transportation one, I love the consistency of the color as well as the stark quality of the view. There is a sense of lab sterility under the fluorescent lights, as well as a sense of urban alienation. Very different, and quite the opposite from the warmth of your wrought iron fence. Nice lighting in this Robert. Perhaps you are the reason I won't go to deserted subways. You never know who is lurking in the shadows taking photos. ;) there are many different lines in this. Diagnoals, horizontals and verticles all make for interesting elements. Nice work Robert.

Hi Robert, You sem to be sketching an entirely different view of a subway than I have in mind, and that's what Puzzled me a bit in the first photo. (and, frankly, also in this one, guess I still have to get used to the emptiness...) Again, the consistency between the (current) two photos is very high, and I think you're doing a very good job in sketching an atmosphere, spreading it out over a series, with each shot adding to the overall view. Very impressive. It makes me (once again) realise it is futile to assess an individual image which belongs to a series. I should've known better...
