now that is a great snapshot, you stop the time here Dave, you 'freeze' him to the air perfectly, no motion blur, and excellent image about the focus, especialy for an f2.8 wow... with so detailed background??? Super!

Dave: Cute shot! We work at Copper Mountain Ski Resort so we see this sort of jumper all the time. We have the most snowfall since 1995 so come on out and ride the snow.

In fact it's not a macro, but it looks like.
This lens can make the same backgrounds, but will make the object more all round sharp.
Nice photos of your winther wonderland. I do miss the real blue sky and the sharp air here in Hong Kong.
