Hi Jim:
Thank you for taking the time to comment. I considered cropping out the meat, but in the end decided that the photo was more interesting when you had the ugliness of the meat contrasting with the beauty of the bubbles. Are the bubbles less beautiful because they came from waste? I don't know :) I appreciate you taking the time to "cast your vote" on this issue!
