are part of nature and landscape.

Thanks to Imageopolis for the awards and to Steve and Art for your kind comments... Steve I wanted to use the fallen tree into the comp as it gave it an anchoring point and a lead into the depth of the scene... but in the end it's all subjective isn't it...

if an artist with a brush painted this scene and there was no fallen tree in the foreground, he would have put one in,. its the result of the dam,. absolutely stunning nick,. what a moment,. into favs,. your an artist with a camera,. congrats on the double,. regards art,.

Great shot, well done on the awards. I like the way the trees on the left lead the eye back to the sun. Not so sure about the floating log or whatever in the lower right, but I guess you couldn't do much about that!:)
