Hello Jen,
sorry... i am not so positive as the others :(
I is a nice scene you got here, but you could have make more out of it.
Everything is very central in this picture. If you are going for les is more in a land/seascape picture, use the rules of thirds. Even famous dutch painters use it for ages.
Also a critique on you photoproces, 2 big sensorspots in you picture.

For a start miss Jen, id love to have been there lol. Looks a beautiful spot. I think its a excellent shot. I think the seagull has helped make the composition. If it wasnt there, i would have pulled the left in slightly so great timing to get it there. Im guessing you were out in the water. Hope you didnt get the camera wet. favourite 10/10

The rusty barrel and the symbol of tourism make a good contrast, and the shades of blue are beautiful. A well observed shot.
