We call those heads – 'Smileys'. Outdoor butchers are so common in Africa, as are the flies.
In Rwanda, DRC you often see bushmeat, whicjh always left me very unsettled.

The local authority gives restaurant owners all sorts of hassles about cleanliness, and a huge amount of red tape but completely ignore these bush butchers, you right it is enough to turn anybody into a vegetarian.
