About Yesterday I lost my $500 Lumix Panasonic DMC-FZ50, 10M pixel camera, with built in Leica lens as I lost control over my Kayak.
Myself I finished with some regret and a laugh about the experience, being save, but sure my camera did not have its angels protecting against earthly dangers like water, damp, heat and noise.

Portuguese painters weaned themselves off ornamental decoration and employed human or animal figures in their designs. Large tiled walls from the 17th century, carpet-like using just white and blue, the fashionable colors at the time of the Great Discoveries, influenced by the Ming Dynasty porcelain from China. They now portrayed Christian legends, historical events, and were not only decorative, but also protected against water, damp, heat and noise.

An angel is a supernatural being found in many religions. Although the nature of angels and the tasks given to them vary from tradition to tradition, in Christianity, Judaism and Islam, they typically act as messengers from God. Other roles in religious traditions include acting as warrior or guard; the concept of a "guardian angel" is popular in modern Western culture. Angels are usually viewed as emanations of a supreme divine being, sent to do the tasks of that being. Traditions vary as to whether angels have free will or are merely extensions of the supreme being's will. While the appearance of angels also varies, many views of angels give them a human shape.

Thank you Erland,
nobody said, but after all I decided to improve my candid angel capture by cropping more tightly.
It brings the 2 essential angels more on the foreground and removes some polluting details as well as all it reduces the number of site angels.
kind regards, Paul

Hi Teresa, thanks for your nice comments. I appreciate your question about the photos before the accident. They were with a fantastic and enjoyable POV I'm sure. Probably they are saved on the SD card, but I have still to check. My greatest regret was not being able any more to capture all the beautiful I saw after the accident.
Big hug from Paul

Hi dear Julie, thanks for your high appreciation of my angels. They got red cheeked of this. Very impressive to see, in particular for the blue ones, as they were also violet for a faction of a second when this happened :-)
Kiss from me but do not change color,
Paul

Hi Nicki, you tried to count all angels here, but without success. Most of the angels here were temporary invisible, but believe me that they were not sitting and doing nothing. They were flying actively around giving a helping hand to everybody who needed. Hugs and kiss from Paul

Thank you dear Michele,
all material loss is such relative as long angels like you are around...and also I spend time these days on beaches, lakes and at sea which helps a lot to transform all losses into gains.

AAAAAAAAhhhhhhhhhhaa!! I see your ' Angels Eyes' now dear Paul:-)) I recognize them -

Lovely and interesting composition and 'about' - altho the decorative blue and white walls looked unusual I can certainly understand the practicality - and also the beautify of this -
Hugs,
Michele~
