grazie Maurizio! the shot was done with "standard" setting, my camera does not allow for great refinements, but then i worked more on it with PS, and just de-coloured the left side to enhance the clarity of the shafts and concentrate the attention on them and not on decorative elements, and de-saturated a bit the rest but only partially to get a well balanced whole, then slight touches or burn and dodge tools for details. regards!

Scatto eccellente. I due raggi di luce sono potenti e forti, sembrano illuminare dal cielo i dubbi dell'uomo, quasi rassicurandolo e scaldandolo... Forse avresti potuto dirci qualcosa di piu' sull'esecuzione della foto...

Totally stunning Ricardo. The light, colours, angle- never seen anything like it. Like the light has brought the colour. The size and atmosphere beautifully captured. I really like to see the hands of the statue beweeen the pillars in the middle.

Wow, what a great shot! The beams of light look incredible, and slightly surreal, like an artificial light spot. Also the difference in angle between the two beams look weird, but make a great composition. Although I hated this hideous altar in the cathedral when I first saw it, now I can see why it can be very beautiful. The figure standing in the altar helps to get a perspective and idea of the size. Well done!

Great photo. The shafts of light are incredible. You have managed to give a sense of the size of this room in a way no other photo I've seen of this place does. Perhaps it is the solitary figure up by the altar contrasted with the huges shafts of light and a the very solid looking pillars. Whatever it is, it is effective.
