Q. DoD's being awarded to non-donors !

I saw 2 recent photos which have been awarded DoD's to non-donors. Whereas I have nothing against the fact that they have been awarded, I just feel DoD is a donor-only award, and should be awarded only to donor images.

Unless both these guys were donors till 10-15 days ago.. in which case I take my statement back.
