Q. The Strange comments ?

One more Issue, what is going on with these strange comments I see by certian members? Kambiz comes to mind as I see this along from him. http://www.usefilm.com/Image.asp?ID=1133553

I when viewing photos often run across a comment that If Im lucky I can read it and see no reason to do it in this manner. It looks simular to this:

? What is the deal with this? I know K points are calculated by lines and each letter in a row may just give a commenter more K points but is this really nessesary?
I think these comments should be banned, blocked, whatever.......
