Excellent Shashi! I suppose part of the ffect is that the tower blocks form a row from this angle and there is the flat beyond showing the height. Also though a great black and white light show.

Great shot!!!!!!!!!!
I hope you don't mine I took the liberty of adding a "hard light masking layer" in PS on top of this to "pop" your night time lights...then a little bit of the "unsharp" tool on it as well.I also did a touch of contrast tweaking.
Thank you so much for letting me play with it I LOVE the shot!
