Thank you for your fine comment! The D70 is a very nice camera.. solid, reliable and gives great quality for the money! =) If you want a new camera and doesnt want to pay for a Dx2 then this is the deal i think! =)

Hi Jonathan and thanks for your comment! =) No the image isnt flipped/turned at all. Infact its only the water that is shown and the reflection of the sky! =).. well and the wooden things plus their reflection ofcourse! hehe! =)

You could not have asked for stiller waters. This shot is amazing! I'm curious; it looks to me like you turned the photo upside down so the reflection is on top, just to subliminally heighten the mystery for the viewer. Am I right?

This is an awesome picture, with an amazing reflection and composition: I can't realize where the water becomes sky and the objects look like they're floating but still captured down by their reflection!

Hi Patrick, the tones in the water are excellent; without the ripples, the photo presents us with an entirely different atmosphere. Very nice, and good shot. Basically, the same thing as I commented on in the two some shot applies here, as far as I'm concerned.

the first comment was correct. it is startling. even though logically i know it's a reflection, my mind then does a double take and wonders if it's bars suspended in air. this is really freaky, like an optical illusion. i just love this. i saw it on photo.net, but glad i got to comment on it here. your stuff gets better and better all the time patrick.
